How it works:

According to the terms of your contract, we calculate principal and interest, and accept payments from the buyer via check, automatic withdrawal or wire transfer. We then transmit the funds to the seller via direct deposit or check. We encourage timely payments by providing payment vouchers, mailing labels and past due reminders. We safely handle and store the original contract documentation through the term of the agreement and will transfer the documents to the buyer or purchaser upon the fulfillment of the terms. Each transaction is unique. We will work with you to assemble a package that works for your needs.
