UPDATE: COVID-19 business procedures effective November 23, 2020

Effective November 23, 2020, Panhandle Escrow Company will be closed to public access, with entry by appointment only.

Payments are accepted in any of the following manners:

• You can mail your check, money order or cashier's check to P. O. Box 1027, Sandpoint ID 83864 "or" 414 Church St, Suite 204, Sandpoint ID 83864
• You can drop your payment in our secure drop box located between the rotating doors and the ATM. Any payment placed in our drop box during normal business hours will be given credit for the day it is received.
• We offer scheduled, automatic payments directly debited from your checking or saving bank accounts. Contact our office if you wish to utilize this service.
• You can wire funds directly from your banking institution. Contact our office if you with to utilize this service.

Our online payment portal is now live. If you would like to make a payment using your checking or savings account, please visit this page on our website http://panhandleescrow.com/payments.php. Payments initiated prior to 5:00 p.m. PST will be credited for the next working business day.

Please be sure to notate the account number on your check for the account your wish your payment to be applied toward.

All payments over $2,000.00 should be in the form of a cashier's check or wire transfer to receive immediate credit.
