Online Payment Portal
Payments initiated prior to 5:00 p.m. PST will be given credit for the next business working day. Any payments initiated after 5:00 p.m. PST may take a minimum of two business working days prior to being processed and applied to your Panhandle Escrow account.
Please be sure to have your account number available; payments will be applied to the account number you provide.
Payments of $5,000.00, or more, received by Panhandle Escrow Company, Inc shall be deposited as of the effective date, but may not be credited to the Payor's account for ten business working days following the date of deposit, to allow time for the payments to clear. Interest and fees will continue to accrue during those days on the current principal balance.
If a payoff payment is submitted through the on-line payment portal, please note the rules for holding a payment over $5,000.00,as indicated above will apply. Please contact our office directly for a payoff quotation to take into consideration any holding time.
